Myerscough College is committed to ensuring and promoting the welfare of all students.
The Core provides a central hub for students to access support: offering impartial information, advice and guidance. The Core is open 8.30am-5.00pm Monday to Thursday, and 8.30am-4.30pm on Fridays, and provides a one-stop student centre.
There is a wide range of support facilities throughout the college, which are specifically designed to help you on your journey: access to welfare and healthcare professionals, counsellors, chaplaincy (for all faiths and none), careers and financial matters.
Accommodation is provided for 36 weeks of the year, on both a self-catering and full board basis, over 28 different halls of residence. As safety and wellbeing is paramount throughout all aspects of college, residential support officers are on hand to provide assistance to students living within residency 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
