Care leavers may be eligible for a specific cash bursary, subject to eligibility criteria.

As a care leaver you may also be eligible for other non-repayable support from Keele University. We offer a range of bursaries and scholarships. Visit to find out more information about our bursaries and scholarships, and how to apply.

We also offer Article 26 sanctuary scholarships to students from an asylum-seeking background, or those that have some form of temporary immigration status, and do not have access to student finance.
